Youtube could do something as simple as add a blacklist for word and phrases or tags (I wished for this every time I stumble across a recommended video about insects), but it's pointless to even hope for them to add actual helpful features when they rarely ever do (more likely to remove ones already there), yet it's always been and might always be the #1 video hosting platform.

Sadly it wouldnt help me since i dont have an account. Youtubers also could be more thoughtful and not put the most spoiler image on thumbnail or titles like "did character x just died!?" or "This ending broke me".
