Not all of them. Small indie fighters like Skullgirls or Meltyblood is fine, but there needs to be big budget productions for the mainstream. Street Fighter, Tekken, SoulCalibur, Dead or Alive, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat, Injustice and Guilty Gear should strive (no pun intended) to be big. Blazblue, King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, and Virtua Fighter should strive to be bigger than they are and have been.

Mortal Kombat, Injustice and Killer Instinct all have the right amount of production values for a "AAA" fighting game. Games like DBFZ and GBVS also look good but not at the same level of overall production value as the aforementioned 3 franchises. Like as mentioned before, I personally think that BB, KOF, SS & VF need to step things up a bit in terms of overall production value on offer.

Another thing to note is that only MK, Inj., KI, and GG Strive (of the modern games) actually offer a good amount of offline content. DBFZ is ok, but the rest are fairly lacking (and a game like GBVS could benefit from a few more characters overall. (11 characters + 1 unlockable character is low for a 2020 game). KOF15, SS, and VF5US are severely lacking in offline content.

SFV & Tekken 7 were also pretty awful in their first seasons. A game I feel was on the right track but seriously deserved a larger budget was SCVI. The Libra of Souls RPG mode got addictive haha, and the character creator is pretty ace.

SCVI also had a very rough start due to S1 RE being way too annoying to deal with and it got dealt bad hands one after another from there onwards, which is a shame since the game is really good now. There were plenty of games that didn't have an insane budget to them but they ended up becoming big, like Under Night but a game like that has to be handled delicately afterwards.
