lol his 2U C3 was actually my costume of choice among all Tengu costumes.
He is a little ridiculous in this one. I don't know if it's the AI cheating, but all of his gap-closing stuff is totally safe and he gets huge damage off of small things that others are either unable to do, or have to work insanely hard to do it. He was underpowered in 4, but I'm inclined to say the opposite about 2 haha
