Yes it is. So far, only 2 new pokémons were leaked (+ 2 starter evos). I really like Hawlucha, nice colors. I will definitely call "her" Lisa.

@Tenryu- pretty much everything from this point on is legit since a number of copies were accidentally sold early in Canada and Italy.
