Bro Eliot is nothing short of High Mid tier in this game. He has fucking lows that have a launcher followup. That means more often than not he can get a free stun game entry or free damage until someone decideds "Yo I gotta hold that followup launcher."

Then when they start doing that super launcher throw for what? 110+ on Hi counter? All I have is a 3P a 2P a 46P and a 99 damage grab.
