He's by far faster and he can just smack you out of every damn thing you try to do. There's literally no openings against a Zack player who is relentless and knows their shit. At least from what I went through it looked like there was none.

yeah! pwnfosho has a pretty good zack but like zaion said, he is manageable to some point

Only way I've been able to best him is with mid kick holds (which he does use a bit too much), but I hate being forced to use holds to win. Outside of that it's just constantly delays, cancels and resets. Infuriating.
