he might be messing with other characters, i believe you need to grab them before their active frames start otherwise you'll just get clocked so do it as soon as you notice the attack

You do OH's when you are positive and not slightly positive either. Use your advantage wisely generally OH's in this game are 16i so lets say you get +1. Then you do an OH. That right there is not using your advantage wisely. Just because youre positive doesnt mean your free to do anything and the opponent will respect that

you will get punched in the face if you go for a OH off of little advantage. Another time to use an OH is when you are unsure if the opponent is gonna attack or block. If you dont know which one of those your opponent is gonna do then use an OH.

1) When you have FA and think that your opponent will SE and block or will attack out of disadvantage.
2) Every second if you have a low OH and are fighting Helena.
