Not really. He's very arrogant and condescending because he believes he is a supreme authority on the game (maybe because he wrote the Prima Guide). But in reality, he actually doesn't understand the intricacies of the game at all, which makes his dismissive attitude undeserved and quite irksome.

Ah I see... people in his position (writing the prima guide and all) often are lol so u prefer rabis over him then ?!
