I doubled up on classes/units in High School and graduated at 15. I then applied for college, but they rejected me, saying they didn't want the liability of having a 15 year old on campus. So I waited a year until I was 16, applied again and got in.
How did you double up on classes? I don't think any schools in my area does that lol. How long was your school day? Did you work through the summer? Now my last year feels wasted D:
I went to a charter school, which is sorta like college. You have about two sessions a week for 2 hours each for each of the classes you are enrolled in, and the rest of the reading/homework you do at home. And yes, I did take summer school.
There were pros and cons. The cons were that I was way younger than everyone in college, and I didn't really get the traditional High School experience most do for social growth.
The pros being that I finished HS in a year, and fuck school.
I wish I could do that. I want to go to med school so by the time I finish everything I'm going to be very old. Also, high school isn't that fun lol. Trust me, you're not missing that much. The shows really do exaggerate because mostly everyone is really nice.
Grad school, eh? Yeah, you're gonna be stuck in school for a while longer yet. Can't say I'm envious.
And nice, you say? Must not be very much like Middle School, then. I was in one of the nicer schools and there were still tons of fights, gangs, drugs, etc. Pain in the ass.
