I was able to download a new costume on the dashboard, so the marketplace is fine. It's just the update im waiting for now

Really early this morning when I checked, they had a few of the costumes and the Paradise add-on available. I didn't see the full set anywhere. And then when I last checked the dashboard about an hour or two ago, the Xbox Live Marketplace was just completely gone. I'm not sure what the status is now, as I am not home.
