It's kinda like fighting Pai. Your yomi has to be spot-on from match start until finish. Don't like using holds? Too fucking bad. They're your only shot.
Memorize her strings, keep her at mid range, stay calm, stay positive, and let your knowledge of your opponent (not the character) handle the rest. You may win some, you may lose some. But at least you'll come out more confident in dealing with Sarah players.
She's not a slave to strings. He free-cancel ability and mix-up can circumvent them. Knowing your opponent and not the character is good advice, though.
You are suppose to admit defeat. Not fighting Sarah will give you a more chance of winning, trying to fight Sarah will give you a straight loss. . Sarah moves in mysterious ways and you winning against her isnt one of them. xD
Learning sarah will be a big help, if you know her you can fight her more effectively. I will say this though, her flamingo stance has 0 throws, so you can use holds more, and sidestepping it is a good idea as I believe she only has 2 tracking moves from the stance, and they aren't very fast.
She has two hit throws from Flamingo (which she can access via low poke, btw, eliminating a standing guard just like a normal throw but w/out risk of being HiC strike intercepted). This is of course ignoring her OHs from stepping stance.
You're still eating pretty hefty damage for Sarah's minimal risk. She can also exit Flamingo fiarly fast, must like how Rig can exit BND and use another non-reset throw if he chooses.
