Noobs throw wild less accusations, to make there defeat less salty.

As far as I know, being a "try hard" means that you've spend ways too much time for the game (in their opinion), with learning every character and it's frame data in detail. That means you are doing too much for just having fun with the game. (Stupid point of view/term imo, what's wrong about learning some more details of the mechanics of a game you've bought)

your crowned a tryhard when you make your opponent salty.

I always thought a tryhard was somebody who tried really hard to look good- but the result just makes them look incredibly bad.
