I'm with clay on this one lol. I like her line about the red rose of blood blooming or somethin like that. In general I like her tone in her entry quotes but hate her battle cries and one of her win poses.

I think there's a big difference, though. At the time of release for both Mila/Rig, ALL of the characters were completely overhauled, and most people were desperately trying to see what their characters had to offer. There was little incentive to pass of a modified version of your favorite character for someone completely new.

Marie Rose is gothic? Really? Gothic people should be insulted. That bitch ain't gothic. Her voice annoys the shit out of me. She sounds like a rat getting ass raped by a cat. Yes, I imagine that's what that would sound like. She is like 2 feet tall, and looks like they copied and paste a guity gear character into a 3D fighter. She isn't interesting to me at all.

I mean now, Marie is the only new thing to hit DOA5 for quite some time, so of course everyone will flock to her. It's just a priority thing, I guess.

That said, I'm sick and tired of seeing MR everywhere. God help me when Phase 4 is released...

The REAL reason why everyone is all over Marie Rose is because she is the Otaku attraction. Yes I said it. Rig and Mila was "too western" for doa fans taste. Wasn't anime enough. Marie Rose is horribly anime.
