rank is not a sole indicator no, but it is an indicator. can it be faked? yes, but generally speaking the better players will be higher rank. that said do i expect to suddenly become better with a letter change? of course not, but ive been starring at this c for years

game hasn't even been out a year.

I find that in general higher ranks aren't that much better than low ranks. if anything, rank seems to make people cocky, and I'm able to play off their arrogance and use it to my advantage.

For example, character selection concerns me more than rank.
