Thanks for the warm welcoming. I'm not a biggie on DOA5U but i do have the original version and had it when it came out.

Are the controls the same in DOA5U as DOA5?

Just to give a heads up I came from 8wayrun and yes Soul Calibur is my main game.

SC is amazing, and I'd play you at SCV it if you still have it. DOA5U has the exact same controls as DOA5. The only adjustment required is getting used to the new nuances of the bound system and juggles and finding uses for the Power Launchers. 5U has a lot more juggle potential than Vanilla 5.
