Its on hit. Do p2k, then once the kick connects hit kick again. Gotta do it on hit, no mashing lol

It's actually not that hard (offline anyway). Like Aka said, just don't mash. Hit the buttons right before you hear her go "HA" or "HUA," and don't hit any excess buttons or inputs
