I agree that she is still fun to use, but she has some completely useless tools, or tools that are now useless since Ultimate.
I'm not really about buffing Tina, more of restore with the few things she was given in Ultimate.

Tina has everything she needs. 12 frame mid (11 when BT), great crushes, some impressive safety, legit string mix-ups, good delays, great OHs, insane throws, good oki and some nice range tools.
