If you do exclusively Izuna holds from deep in threshold, the damage revision technically allows you to do 5 in one round with default health. Conventionally speaking, you can do 4 izunas in one round, though more than 3 is quite difficult and requires that you do almost nothing but Izunas while taking care not to score many CH/HiC hits.
