The heel isn't really used for specific tech but is more of a scare tactic to discourage WU kicks. There are ways to land Yurlungur in combos, but it tends to require very specific setups.
I'm aware of three methods, one captures them at a weird angle, another one is a mid punch and needs to be performed around a cb(which can lead to some problems) and the third is still iffy because the combo that leads into it is 3 mid punches
