no it's a waste of my time. i play this game to fight not play marry go round. i specifically put my Time limit on unlimitied for this reason. so if they space i can just sit there. once i literally sat for 5 minutes until this guy decided he wanted to fight.
Just don't play with people like that if it's not your cup of tea. But the standard is 60 second rounds, and turtling & spacing are not only viable strategies, they can really make the difference in winning or losing a match, especially with characters like Ayane, Ein or Lisa.
i don't play with people like that ever lol. but yes i honestly agree spacing and blocking a lot and grab punishing are great strategies. i'm just saying literally running after you is absolutely annoying like it makes the round boring and takes so much longer. i just dislike people who over do it. not the strategy its self, i actually space as lisa. but not hardcore.
yep, french zoning
Literally people who play like that usually can't deal with any form of pressure so they think if they can play keep out they'll win
lemme guess when you actually got in you bodied them right?
Yeah.. if you have problems in this game chasing people... try using Cody and facing Dhalsim in SF lol. If you have that much of a problem with " hardcore " spacing... just don't play fighting games at all. Im sick of this scrubby mentality on FSD.
duh!!! i feel that's the exact reason most people do it. not all but most. i feel like relying on spacing like that can really screw you over if someone gets close up on you. or you're on a small map.
oh scrubby? cute lol. so what you're trying to tell me is that in a hand to hand fighting game that using a tactic where you basically try everything in your will power to avoid your opponent isn't scrubby? maybe you should check yourself.
how the fuck are you going to compare literally being a football field across from characters to a character with stretchy arms, jfc. The only character who i'd be fine with doing that is zack cause he has a projectile
" so what you're trying to tell me is that in a hand to hand fighting game that using a tactic where you basically try everything in your will power to avoid your opponent isn't scrubby? maybe you should check yourself " So in SF it is lame to try to keep your opponents away from you when using Dhalsim? It is lame to play keep away with Ayane?
