they are as helpful for others and an example of someone with pedestal mentality as the so called "online warriors" everyone likes refer to while talking about this.
Oh, you're talking about on sites like FSD. I consider everyone that comes out to casuals as contributing to the scene (and only a few players in my scene share any tech since a lot are still fairly new).
So you're issue are with "tournament level" players that don't help out newer players or players that have questions (I won't name names, but I can see what you mean). That's a different issue altogether. For the record, HajinShinobi helps out A LOT! For the "offline" players that don't help you out, just ignore them. In the DOA community, most offline players will at least try to be helpful in a way.
Don't know what you are interpreting from my posts. I never said Hajin is not supporting the community. And no, it's not a different issue. The whole discussion was about pedestal mentality. The same way Haijin has his opinion about this in terms of the online players (he said he can name at least 40),
the same way I have my thoughts about this in terms of offline players (it doesn't matter if the are playing at tournaments). I could also name a number of players for that.
