They would have revamped him for this game, just as they did every single character. That would have been his moveset most likely, and people would have shunned him because he didn't have tits.

They have to be that large considering the gravitational pull they seem to have on everyone who once hated the idea of Tengu being in this game ._.

Completely new character with same concept for Tengu fan can think they're using Tengu, but obviously won't be. I mean Rachel obviously isn't Spartan.

Errr, no. Don't you remember Tengu? Tachel is very different from Spartan. This chick is almost identical to Tengu, in much the same way New Leon is only a slight variation over old Leon.

It is, in most regards, the same exact character, at least from what we've been shown.
