Well, I don't age her up in real time, because I haven't given her an official "year of birth." That way I can keep her whatever age I need when I publish my works, and still keep the year somewhat contemporary, if that makes sense.

In the latest canonical work, though, she's 13.

Sweet idea man, it would be interesting to see an older Grenom though. Just to see the transition from current baby-face Grenom to Grenom with wrinkles. Just a thought.

Oh yeah. I have plans for her going into her 40s. I just need to finish all the stories leading up to that point first, haha.

Due to her regenerative powers, though, she stays looking quite young (after reaching about 21, she doesn't visually continue to age).

That's awesome mate, keep at it! I reckon she's a brilliant character.
