I can't tell you that for certain, but from the way I saw someone struggle a bit with them they certainly seem a bit tougher than Kasumi's.

That point of comparison isn't exactly high, but who knows? The Akira players probably won't be too intimidated.

I don't really care myself, since I won't be using her. Would be kinda cool to have another "execution-heavy" character, though. Most of the new additions have been pretty intuitive to get into grips with.
