Its the best thing to describe these people. They act like they are the 2nd coming of jesus because they can do well in lag or use online tactics. And the trashtalk is always the same. Its starting to get annoying at this point.
F.O.N hardly anyone.. except everyone who plays or prefers offline trash talks online by complaining if you even get a single round on them because it's "online".
This concept of its cool to berate people who play online is now permeating to everyone who plays online making every online asinine as you hear the same complaint repeatedly.
Just like you hate online warriors with their God's gift to man mentalities. The same could he said about everyone offline calling online trash and basically making fun of you for beating them.
Oh no, i feel the same about some of the offline players. A lot of them like to say "I wasn't even trying" when they lose online, when that makes it more obvious they ARE trying. But i had just had to deal with an online elitist, so thats who my rant went to this time.
The level of trash talk online HEAVILY outweighs the level of trash talk in the offline community. I'm talking about trash talking to someone's face. Not behind a computer or TV screen. How often do DOA players trash talk each other offline? I'm not talking about "offline players" playing online.
To set the record straight "offline players" talk shit about online because the netcode is ass and is not legit for representing skill. They don't hate online warriors. They hate online assholes with big egos that do nothing to support the DOA offline community. If people can only play DOA online that's perfectly fine.
It's just hypocritical to say doa obline ducks etc etc etc then they play it.. and not only do they play it but they complain when they lose and say online doesn't matter. . Why complain if it doesn't matter , what's the point even then.
Some people hop on, because you can't exactly have offline casuals everyday (usually around once a week at best), and training in the lab or playing the AI can only get you so far. So they hop on for the change of pace. They complain that online doesn't matter because it doesn't due to it being illegitimate. Usually people who play offline sets regularly properly understand just how infuriating DOA online is.
