How the fuck are you supposed to open anyone up with her? And it feels like she gets throw punished off of everything like bye

People that say that she is good and doesn't need buffs obviously don't get punished for the unsafe shit they do. If they played with the group that I play, that actually know to throw-punish, they would have a paradigm shift.

I think that she would be fine if her auto-doubles were removed. It's bad enough that her strings are shit but these auto-moves are a nail in the coffin.

The trailers made her seem like she was gonna whoop everyone's ass but in reality it's like "lmfao sike". Those auto-doubles need to go tbh, she needs more safety literally every where. I kinda regret wasting my money on her lmfao.

What the trailers told me is ZOMG LOOK AT DEM FANCYASS JUGGLES! But how I interpreted it was, 'So umm, how exactly am I supposed to set these up if the opponent can just block about 90% of the shit I do and even punish?' Play Phase-4 offline and you'll quickly see how terrible she is.

What I see from most of the Phase-4 vids is that most people don't know how the hell to fight Phase-4 (and thus Kasumi). If you can fight Kasumi, Phase-4 will be piss easy to fight because her neutral is ass and really stupid. I still think she needs the ability to teleport on block beyond 66PP. Particularly 66K, 3P and 1PP at least.

Phase 4 is already ass. You have to put in way too much work for the damage that she puts out. Her neutral game sucks and she is TERRIBLE at opening people up. It's so easy to counter her before she can even start her tele-cancels, because I know what moves to look for. The key with Phase 4 is obviously to not always go for the tele-cancel. If you don't get that tele-cancel, then you will punished, plain and simple.

Her execution actually isn't that bad (Though fuck the timing on P6P*P+K), but will say that she's quite frankly not worth the effort. I used her offline this week and my god she's terrible. How many times do you think you get to hit those uber-sexy combos you worked on for OVER 4 FUCKING HOURS against a semi-decent opponent?
