Natalia Poklonskaya. In the past few months she's been something of an internet sensation, mostly in Japan.

Like Bayman, she's from Russia, and is currently known as the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Crimea. Her title in DOA would be "The Prosecutor General of Pain". Give her a Command Sambo martial art with modifications to Bayman's moveset, and voila.

I guess so lol.

If they're going to base a character off of a real person, I'd want it to be The Rock.
