Bayman's got a number of tools to deal with Kasumi. With Hayabusa you mainly want to space her out and izuna hold the FUCK out of everything.
Especially if they're one of those tool Kasumis who always uses 66PP at mid-range.

it's hard to throw punish and counter when these people never stop striking and have the intelligence to mix it up enough to make it appear unpredictible to a 5 month scrub like myself.

Kasumi actually has patterns she has to follow. Or rather "that she usually follows." Since deviating from those set-ups leaves her extremely vulnerable.
