Hattori Hanzo when I think about it he was the first 2d ninja I've ever seen, he was also the first time I've heard Izuna drop and Ninppo. His later iteration (Samurai Showdown IV ) made him a grappler of sorts. He had multipart grabs in which he would break limbs and tilt your spine like Tesshu from Tenchu did. Anyway what was your first introduction to a ninja?
