Is he considered low tier?

I ask the same thing. It may be because nobody really uses him, so he is down there by default. I will say, that when he is brought up he is made out to be decent. I guess he is more...somewhere in the middle. I just realized this post had a lot of words but said nothing. lol.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. If nothing else, he seems like a lot of fun.

lol he's in the middle, he's actually a good character. although he is easy to counter from what I noticed maybe that's why
