Most people will tell you that he's mid tier, but most people are idiots so that doesn't count for much.
He was God Tier in DOA4 because he had excellent, unreactable mix-ups, an excellent zoning game, crushed everything and could literally kill the opponent in two good reads, regardless of stage, location or placement. He had good stun game, great holds, great throws, and like everyone in DOA4, had access to OHs.
