    What's funny though is that, if someone throws out a long taunt, that's a free launch right there or Dragon Kick/Paul Phoenix Death Punch.
    I like Hayate's "You could never defeat me taunt", but I always eat a dragon kick right after. o.o;

    How do offensive holds match up to grabs? What wins?

    offensive holds are still hold but that can grab. Throw beat holds, same rule for Offensive holds.

    Meh, sometimes I don't really understand why people want all games to hold the same mechanics. I don't want DOA5 to mirror Tekken at all...

    Many people are of the opinion that fighting games would need to step up and achieve balance between the fighters and eliminate the whole "tier list" phenomenon. In this reading, who's to decide that the character I like the fighting style and personality of, should feel like a pain in the ass to play?

    That definitely makes sense... but Idk. I still wouldn't want the mechanics. Oh well... like I said in my current status, my views seem twisted to them, and likewise for them to me... I don't know if I'll ever understand.
    I just remember I updated my ideas for buffing Hayate in DOA5. You know that moment when 3kpppp sounds ridiculous? Well it still does lmao.
    Honestly I agree with AngryWorm, Hitomi is really good at rushing down, and that fuggin 3h+k. On top of that she's pretty strong.
