That simply wouldn't fit her because she's not soulless. also, why should she look more childlike as Kasumi? Actually, she's already more serious as Kasumi, I mean, she's not wearing polka dot panties or so ...
At the end, it's all a matter of taste. Personally, I like her actual appearance, I mean, she's just a clone, not an alien or so.
She's a clone, she's not an actual human. Recall back to what happened when the Kasumi clone in the story died, she started emitting green vapor.
Kasumi's clones are more childlike with their emotions, Phase 4 included. She seems to have the same mind as the Kasumi clone in 5's story but with the knowledge she actually is a clone and was made to kill.
Nah, the only clone that was more childlike was Kasumi Alpha. I don't see Alpha-152 acting like a child in any way. That thinking might just occur because the word they lack of human interaction and experience due to her scientific/laboratory background. The lack of parental examples always lets animate beings act more childish.
However, that's not a reason to underline this behavior with additional appearance factors. Also, her purpose for life has nothing to do with how she as to look.
According to the DOA5 story, it looks more like Rig became evil on his own. At first, he was friendly, helped his co-workers and was big buddy with Bass, then, in the end were he faced real Kasumi, he was almost mad and wanted to start a quarrel. Donovan either brain-washed him or Rig just wanted to be as cool as his dad on his own. I think it was more the latter.
He didn't become evil, he was keeping the fact Donovan was his dad and why he was there a secret while pretending to be just another worker.
Alpha was childlike in how simple she was, angry at everything like a kid throwing a tantrum but with superpowers. Phase 4 reminds me of a kid thrown into battle forced to do someone else's bidding.
Doa Wiki says, he just found out his relationship to Donovan during the fith tournament :S
I doubt he was just pretending, because then Christie wouldn't have him asked question like she did while they were sitting in the bar.
The DOA wiki made that up. xD No where in the story is there a scene where he discovers Donovan is his father.
Christie's been working for Donovan for a while now, she knew exactly who Rig was. Rig continued to pretend to be an average worker on the rig answering her questions with 'dunno what you're talking about'
Nah ... right, there is no scene, but Christie's mission was to open Rig's eyes and get him on the "dark" side, now that he finally was a "real man". Indeed, Rig did not know what she was talking about, until she revealed him (and maybe used some magic snake power/Donovan magic to convince him faster)
Rig knew who he was all throughout the story. His job on the rig was to watch out for anything while pretending to be just another worker. Hence why he tried to stop the Kasumi clone from getting to the lab while hanging around playing pool.
Looks like the the story offers some space for own imaginations. Either way, Rig is the villain so TN would be better of making him more scary in the next part.
