Eliot has the absolute strongest priority of any character from range. Not a soul out there gives him credit for that much.

And Phase 4 has good poke-stun mix-up once the opponent is opened up. But picking her will still send you so far uphill you'll want to bring an ice axe.

Rush phase down and she'll CH you. Fuck with her at range and she'll poke you with H+K all day long and force you to whiff everything afterwards.

She has about two safe moves total, and thats honestly all she needs.

That's because you haven't played P4 long enough to make those safe moves your bitch, like @BBoyDragon did.

What you said implies she is lacking something necessary to be competent. She can poke with H+K long before opening anyone up. She is good at range, good if being pressured, and outstanding if she gets a stun. I don't see where the uphill part is coming in. You just don't rush down with her.

And that's not a minus, because nobody can rush her down either.

H+K isnt that god like, it only make a basic move whiff. lets say i do h+k if you do a beefy mid it will reach. it doesnt make every move whiff. it feels like at times it wonly make poke whiff

Dont get me wrong its a good poking tool, but it doesnt make that much moves whiff. That i feel every char. Has tool to continue pressure after blocking h+k with out doing a unsafe move
