LOL @ "Eternally stupid frame advantage he gets". Just block. He's +6 after 2P+K4 (The slow overhead he does)... and his 13f high becomes 7f.. his 19f mid becomes 13f. If your character has a mid crush that crushes highs as well.. you can just do it without any risks because he can't block in his stance... and he HAS to attack or else he's fucked due to his horrible recovery on his stance.

His FSK is +3 on block... that's nothing compared to dealing with Gen Fu's frame advantage. I really don't see how his frame advantage is "stupid" but i main the character so i dunno :/

Yo i got a question, how free is your defense? FuMeTsU uses Leon all the time against me and he does well against Jacky. Yeah it's online.. but the point is that patience is the key. There are characters who have to deal with WAY more BS than this in other games... and they have it worse

Im not saying your defense is bad, all im saying is that he's really not that bad.. even when you're using Rachel who is most likely faster than Leon.

Snake Eyez uses Zangief in USF4. He had to deal with so many bad matchups at EVO.. and not only did he deal with them well but he was fighting some of the best specialists of those characters.

zangief is a bad example because once he's in, he can cause a shit load of problems for anyone. The whole match up against zangief is to not be in his face.

I can handle most bullshit fine actually, i can even handle a good portion of sarah's bullshit it's just jacky's mix ups and safety with a lot of things are extremely irritating so i'll have to switch to christie or alpha for a fair mu.

Also this person you probably face a lot so they can read "you" not your character which is different, also leon has WAY better tools then rachel, a bigger movelist and can actually have guard breaks that give him frame advantage which if i'm rachel i'm clinging onto a +1 outside of an OH

I truly believe the Jacky & Sarah frustration *has* to be online. I rather deal with Sarah&Jacky than Gen Fu to be completely honest with you. Unfamiliarity can also be part of the cause since not that many people use Jacky.

Pretty much what Nereus said, you have to notch-down a few moves to keep it in memory. Since you are playing online, you are likely to find a Jacky that abuses 6PP setups alot and they can get away with it.. simply because once again..it's not Jacky...It's online.

Christie isn't a fair matchup... Christie is a BAD matchup for Jacky IMO.

Which moves exactly is Jacky giving you problems with. If this man had eternal frame advantage he would be top tier. But since he's not, it *must* be online.

My rough guess on the situation: 1) Unfamiliarity 2) The 6PP setups that people can get away with.

Online doesn't mean shit. Anyone is bad online... even characters like Eliot can get away with stuff online. Im talking about in general, Christie is a bad matchup for Jacky mainly due to the fact that she can disrespect him fairly easily via SS'ing during his offense etc.
