Bound have been removed from combos. It functions pretty much the same as revolution with the quick two hit bound moves still getting the bound effect when not used in a combo such as Lars' forward, back, 2, 1.

they are but they aren't, certain moves have a bound like effect which means they aren't completely removed but it's weirder to see them
