Haha I always was about underdogs or bad ass looking characters. Hayate won because of his old Hayate-Gake moves.

Yeah. For me, style is one of the key aspects of choosing a main. If you don't feel cool playing as 'em, they outta be replaced.
Personally I love the way Ryu's moves closely mirror a lot of the ones he uses in Ninja Gaiden, as well. It gives him a very distinct fighting presence, which is why I like him so much.

Yep. I wanted to have another ninja character who's style revolves around moves that resemble Ryu using the dual swords, specifically the blade of the archfiend/dragon sword combo. The combo that leads up to the special "drop" move that replaces the izuna really seems like it'd be nice in my eyes.

I always thought it would be cool if they put Momiji in the game. Maybe even give her or Ayane the Flower Garland Drop (the forward spin combo used with the Tonfas).
