First off you have to take in consideration you're playing online. BS is going to happen no matter what. Secondly whatever it is you're losing to, if it isn't because of lag figure out what it is and why and learn from there. We all lose to something and still has to learn it doesn't mean we suck.

man i dont even care that its online. i know for a fact that it wouldnt be any different offline in my case because for some stupid reason i cant adapt like a normal person i just keep making the same dumb mistakes

Keep in mind if you're just looking at win and losses
1) You may lose every time, but put up a hell of a good fight in the process. Winning isn't everything.
2) Win/loss ratios as a measure of skill is BS. For example, imagine two really high-level layers duking it out. Guess what their win/loos ratio is gonna be? In theory, 50%.

i dont care about the ratio, it just bothers me that i lose so damn often

i dont give up on trying, i just hate losing so much and not learning anything from it
