Yes.

She has a decent unbreakable 12 frame throw, a breakable one with good damage, and her 6T is a good reset throw. You can also charge 7K if you're expecting a hold and get a guaranteed critical burst.

Most characters have better throws than Kokoro, Mila is one of them.

@Heikou I don't literally mean Kokoro, I mean every character. She is an example, please realize this. I know the Izuna Drop normally will hit for 80 Damage, and it may be 120 or something with Hi-Counter Throw. I am not 100% don't take literally either. But I want to know some info against playing her. So I can better myself more.

BTW thank you for posting really good info to better help me understand what Mila has @Heiko for I just don't have the time to spend with all characters will I am still trying to practice my Ryu Hayabusa game. Seriously thanks a bunch man!

It's not really a matter of "v Kokoro." Mila has one of the strongest throw repertoires in the game, with defensive and OH holds to match.
