Yeah. But putting all that into play is the hard part. Her unsafeness probably hurts her more than any other character being unsafe honestly. CH is your best friend with her. You really just have to work with her speed, and go for that quick launcher, or CB. Also she don't do much damage. So you have to learn to make her more effective.

It hurts Hayate worse, since every move he uses is unsafe, and if it's not unsafe, it can be interrupted easily.

Safe Moves for Hayate : 3k(useful), 33k(not), 9KKK(not), 214K(advantage, but too slow), 236P(useful but nothing good comes out it in the long run)
