TWD likes to take everyone's hopes and dreams and crush them. Like when they killed off all 3 of my favorite characters before I dropped it. If something bad can happen, it will :O
Beth was honestly useless. Couldn't do anything to save herself and she didn't really contribute much to the group. She would of never died if she didnt stab Dawn lol. I was crying waterfalls when my Andrea died. Oh lord.
TEven though Andrea was a dumbass, her choices made much of season 3 interesting. A person who knows both sides and is caught in the middle and tries to prevent things. Better than fucking being useless and singing like Beth
Andrea also had good character development from season 1 to 3. Beth stayed a whiny useless bitch the entire time. Andrea and maybe Carl have shown the best development. But yea, Shane was awesome.
Andrea was my favorite in the series, and she literally was killed off (which I cried for like an hour over) because of a vote lmfao. Beth was.. I felt like she was the 'pure little sister' type of the group? Beth's death didn't even need to happen but she had the whole "I can die at anytime so fuck it I'mma stab this trashy cop" attitude and well.. she kinda did die.
I felt like she should've lived at least until the end of the season or died early on in season 6. :| imo, Carl, Carol, Andrea, and Daryl have the best character development this series could ever piss out tbh.
Beth caused her own death, which is another element that contributed to my lack of sympathy. I think that her death can take Maggie and Darryl in interesting directions, so I'm cool with her life serving to compliment stronger characters.
Andrea just... bleh. No.
I knew the moment Beth put that pair of scissors something bad was gonna happen. I really wanted to see Beth and Daryl's relationship get expanded upon more before her death, like, they saw the world from two different perspectives and really started bonding and getting along before they got separated. It felt like their characters could've had potential to become big brother/little sister relationship.
And lmfao Andrea did some dumbass things in Season 3 but she was still my fav QAQ. Like... hesitating to escape the chair like Andrea wtf those moments of hesitation literally cost her her life. Good job, Andrea.
Well yeah, and that's the idea. If they didn't have any sort of meaningful relationship than her death just wouldn't have had much impact. Except on Maggie, but let's face it: before the Darryl/Beth adventures she was basically a non-character who faded into the background with ease.
