Well, I figured that in this one, Donovan finally dies, and the story is wrapped around the fighters being interrogated and telling their stories for DOA6. It turns out Phase was the one who killed Donovan, but Kasumi takes the credit so Phase could seek redemption for her tragic existence, and finally live a normal life. Something along those lines.
It could be like, documentary looking and stuff.

OOH DAMN SON! We got that flashback story! Like Bayman saying: "It was a month ago, when I last saw Donovan" then a flashback cutting to where he actually was at the time. I like the way Kasumi gives herself in, so Phase doesn't get caught and die. I would also like it if P4 got a real name.

I like that Idea.

Hayabusa doesn't give interviews, and a DOA story without him defeats the point.

^ But he works with the CIA, so it's ambiguous if he would cooperate or not.

I wrapped a little story with Liz, how Phase got out of the rig after 5, and her programming was lost, meaning she wasn't tracked after that. Donovan assumed that she was destroyed, but she escaped to Norway on a lifeboat, and traveled the streets homeless. Liz finds her and helps her get on track.

Liz hears of the tournament, being she is of the lower class of Norway, and wants to enter to help her community. Phase knows Donovan will find her if she follows Liz, but she worries for her safety. Phase enters anyway, thinking that maybe both their efforts of generosity will benefit the community.

Ooh I'd like to pitch in. Giving Leon a chance to come back to the story, how about he takes an offer from Donovan, before his death of course, and is paid to go after Bayman and eliminate him. This will give us a chance to explore their history which they hint at through their intro and win pose dialogues.

Thinking of more stories for the other characters xD.
