You're probably gonna want PS4 since you're a tournament player. I'm stuck on X1 because all my DLC is for 360.

I would recommend a PS4 simply because GGXRD is on there and SF5 will be PS4 exclusive so it wouldn't be surprising for PS4 being the most common tournament used console for current gen consoles.Also PS4 is simply the more power console so in the future I expect it to run games at 1060p 60fps more consistently than the XBONE.
