Deliberately antagonized other members after being asked to stop multiple times, was insolent and flippant towards anyone who tried to help, and numerous other infractions that I've been looking over because I'm such a nice guy.

Oh woooow I'm so used to seeing that name, it's pretty messed up, I don't recall seeing particularly bad posted from him. It's a shame getting banned for an alt seems harsh. But hey if that's the rules I guess.

I don't ban people outright for that. It was a cocktail of stupid decisions that got them banned. Again.

I still can't fathom the purpose behind having numerous accounts on the same forum.

I could think of a few reasons, but generally they're selfish or for anonymity. In the latter cases there are probably other ways to handle those situations to begin with.
