Raidou and Honoka definitely have english announcer voices. Nyotengu I'm not sure but I will do her command list and combo challenge to check.

Don't worry to do it, in the end the game is out tomorrow for a large part of the fandom, I was just asking you in the case that you had already done it for your personal reasons =)
Nyotengu strangely missed her English announcer voice in DoA, I really hope that they fixed it. But the fact that Raidou has an English announcer make me enough sure than TN didn't leave a DoA female more poor than a male XD
