She was always good TBH except for TTT2, She was upper mid tier in T5 DR and in T6, she has a solid punishing game and big damage. Although, I have a feeling Lucky Chloe might be top tier also.

Nah, Tekken is a retarded game. I only got good at it, because lazerspamming Kazuyas made me furious and I wanted to body them so bad they'd turn off their console after losing.
