Minuet is actually intentionally built to get around most tracking moves. I think you can use moves with a 360 rotation to catch her in the middle of her hop though (e.g. Ein's H+K, Hitomi's 6H+K, Zack's 6H+K, and possibly some of Ayane's and Kasumi's kicks)

If they intentionally put in a move that hops over lows and avoids tracking moves- that's bullshit. If I remember correctly they nerfed Christie's jak for going around tracking moves which leads me to believe this is accidental.
