My picks for Ikaruga were Helena (based on personality and amount of class) and Momiji. Ikaruga is pretty much my favorite SK character so I was kinda hoping for one of my characters to get her costume, haha.

It doesn't suit Phase 4 at all. It would fit Momiji like a glove. Phase 4 is so salty for not receiving the Homura outfit that she's developed the ability to teleport out of matches.
