Generally my preference goes to Phase, but I don't think to can give a definitive vote. I find Phase 4 extremely more cute than Kasumi for appearence (yes, her face is able to appear very different to me with these subtle changes) and behaviors; more her tragic status inspire me sweetness toward her.
