NO, NO RACHEL! I won't have that whore being mentioned here. This is a holy place, and I refuse to let it be defiled by Rachel and her...umm...I hate her so no.

But seriously, Rachel is a Fiend Hunter, and NOT a Ninja.

Then why are Momiji and P4 on the list? I vote Rachel.

Momiji is a ninja so she belongs on the list. Not sure about P4 though.

Momiji is on the list because she uses the Hayabusa Aikijujustu (or the Daito-Ryu Aiki-Jujustu), and she's being trained under Ryu himself to be a ninja so that's legit. As for P4, I kinda just threw her in there just because she uses a modified style of the Mugen Tenshin Ninjutsu.

Momiji, alright. P4? Hell naw. If she's in, Rachel's in.

On second thought, Phase 4 isn't a ninja at all. She's just an artifical weapon created by Victor Donovan. A ninja is someone with superhuman skills and is part of a Ninja Clan. Phase 4 does neither have those skills nor is part of a Ninja Clan.

If anything, @Pictured Mind is right. Rachel has been part of Ninja Gaiden since NG1 and she has assisted the Hayabusa Ninja Clan numerous times. She also has access to Ninpo spells (which are typical of Ninja's) and she has superhuman reflexes. Although she is technically a Fiend Hunter, she deserves the spot in that list more than Phase 4 does, imo.
